We accept orders on the website 24/7. Processing time is within 1-3 days. If you have any questions you can contact us via WhatsApp, the chat is on the right bottom corner.
To order a dogtag, click step by step on the shape, color, and size options of your choice (even if the dogtag has only one size, you still need to click on the button of it). Make sure that the name and phone number typed in are correct.
We engrave dogtags once a week on Friday and ship them the next day on Saturday. Please take it into account when ordering.
We send all orders in Ukraine by courier service Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery is paid by the client upon receipt of the goods, according to the tariffs established by the carrier.
We will send you the TTN number to the email you provided when placing the order. You can easily track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website. When the goods arrive at the place you specified, Nova Poshta will send you a notification.
Upon receipt of the parcel, be sure to check the integrity and complete availability of the goods at the Nova Poshta facility. If you find damage or something is missing – refuse the package and write a damage report at the post office. This way we can compensate for the damaged product, and we will send you a new one.
We send our products outside of Ukraine with Ukrposhta. Delivery of the products is paid for by the client when placing an order on the site. Delivery time is from 2 to 7 weeks depending on the recipient’s country. We will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided when placing your order.
We do not send our products to the country of the aggressor – russia.
Payment on the website is in Euros. If you want to pay in UAH, you can do it by writing to us on Instagram or placing an order in our store on Prom.ua.
